DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMICS

The Department started since inception of the College i.e., 1958. It is First college in Rayalaseema which offered Both English medium and telugu medium. The Department ofEconomics, offers two groups viz., HEP telugu medium and HEP English medium.. The Department of Economics provides students a detailed study of priniciples of economics ,Macro Economics ,Economic development and Indian and ap economy,public finance and economic stastics .

To empower the women, especially belonging to the Socially backward sections of society, through quality  education,  so  as  to  make  them  good  citizens,  besides  enabling  them  to  prepare  for   the challenges of the LPG
