Consumer Club - Profile
Consumer Club started its activities on 23-12-2004. Consumer Club enhances the knowledge of Consumer Education in Young Women. Women.
The main objective of the Consumer club is to create awareness of consumer rights among the students.
K.V.R.College Acts as a nodel college in consumer education.

Objectives:
· To inculcate Consumer Education.
· To encourage Consumer Empowerment.
· To avoid Consumer exploitation by the Seller.
· To encourage Social Responsibility in the Students.
Steps taken by the Consumer Club for achieving the Objectives:
· Every year observing “National Consumer Day” on December 24 and International Consumer Day on March 15.
· Conducting Rallies.
· Conducting Essay and Elocution Competitions in Telugu, English, Urdu t Civil Supplies.
· languages at District level with the help of Department of DistricConducting Awareness programmes by students viz., Students are canvassing in the Schools to give Consumer Education for the future Citizens.
· Pla – Card Presentation, Poster presentations are conducted.
