RULES & REGULATIONS

  • Parents/Guardian’s presence is compulsory at the time of admission into hostel.
  • Every student has to produce College Admission Receipt.
  • Every student has to submit the Xerox copies of Ration Card, T.C., Residential and Caste Certificates.
  • Every student has to mention the exact distance from their native place to Kurnool as per APSRTC records. Otherwise, admission will be cancelled.
  • Students suffering from longtime ailments are not eligible for hostel admission.
  • Every student has to submit the Xerox copy of Arogya Sri Card.
  • Photographs of parents should be enclosed.
  • A Xerox copy of the front page (with photo & Account No.) of Andhra Bank/Andhra Pragathi Grameena Bank Passbook should be enclosed. 
  • Married Girls are not eligible for admission into hostel.
  • No boarder will be allowed to go home alone during working days of the college. Parents have to accompany their wards.
  • The parents have to produce their ration card/ID proof for taking away their wards home.
  • Students will be permitted to attend to local works like ATM, Bank, Online etc. on receiving the calls from the parents from the registered mobiles as entered in the Hostel records.
  • Students will not be permitted to go outside during Saturdays and Sundays.
  • A single permission letter is valid for one student.
  • Boarders are prohibited from keeping mobiles with them. Mobiles will be seized if they are found and will not be returned until the closure of the college.
  • Religious congregations/prayers are not permitted in the hostel. No permission will be granted for participation in religious propaganda and meetings. Hostel admission will be cancelled if any boarder is found violating this.
  • The boarders should not keep valuables or cash with them. Management is not responsible for any loss.
  • Permission will not be granted for boarders’ membership/participation in organizations/meetings.
  • In case of absence and nonpayment of mess-bill for the two consecutive months, the name will be struck off from the Hostel Attendance Register and admission will be cancelled.
  • Establishment fee will not be refunded if the boarder leaves the hostel in the middle of the academic year.
  • The Mess Bill will not be charged if the boarder leaves the hostel on medical leave with due prior intimation.
  • Mess Bill should be paid within ten days from the bill date. Otherwise, fine will be levied.
  • Mess Bill will not be charged for the duration of NCC, NSS, Games Camps subject to prior intimation.                                                  
  • The students who left the hostel during the middle of the previous academic year are not eligible to seek readmission.
  • Strict discipline is enforced in the hostel. The boarders should be amicable with other inmates.
  • Neatness should be maintained in the rooms as well as the hostel premises.
  • The boarders should attend the dining hall with ID cards in the traditional attire only.
  • Attendance is compulsory during morning and evening study hours.
  • The boarders should follow the etiquette of the dining hall. Wastage of food is not allowed. Leftovers should be thrown into the earmarked bins only. Food should not be taken to hostel rooms.
  • The boarders should conserve electricity and water. They should keep rooms and walls neat and tidy.
  • Permission letters will be signed by the in-charges concerned between 1.00 and 6.00 p.m. No permission will be given after 6.00p.m.
  • Any boarder indulging in indiscipline and unlawful activities is liable for cancellation of hostel admission.
